Exploratory ideas
This project's own challenges to mainstream physics, and yours. Each one says what it would predict and what would kill it, and each gets scored on the Test bench like everything else. They're here to be tested, not believed.

2026 · Less timeThe membrane: one oceanLight, gravity and matter aren't separate things in space — they are all features of one underlying medium, the way waves and currents are all just the ocean. Matter arises from the membrane, not the other way round. On the Atlas →2026 · More dimensionsTime as a turbulent riverTime looks like a smooth, laminar flow from afar, but up close it has rapids and whirlpools — a texture, perhaps with entropy at work inside time itself. On the Atlas →2026 · More dimensionsTime as a dimension groupTreat time as its own group, like space, with its own native sub-dimensions: direction, texture — and properties space doesn't have: persistence, accumulation, loss of possibility. On the Atlas →2026 · More dimensionsInterwoven universesOther 'universes' may not be elsewhere but interwoven with ours — other groupings of dimensions we don't occupy, as Flatland is interwoven with Spaceland. Long human intuitions of 'higher realms' could be read this way.On the Atlas →2026 · Origins & arrowsThe black-hole cycleThe universe runs in cycles. Irreversible processes (starlight, the forging of elements) drive everything one way, and black holes are where that activity ends up: the densest store of entropy there is. In the far future the universe condenses into black holes and is reborn from one, and over very long times an internal process keeps the whole in balance. On the Atlas →
